The villa comprises a living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining areas to the large covered patio is equipped with a table and chairs with views over the countryside and mediterranean. Steps lead off from the patio to the pool terrace that is equipeed with 6 sunloungers and a 2 parasols.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes and all ensuite. (Optional air-conditioning/heating at 6.00 Euro per unit per day, decide on arrival, payable locally.)

The villa has an 8x4m private swimming pool and large sunbathing terrace offering magnificent views and not overlooked. There is also a barbeque area to the back of the villa with a brick built barbeque.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD player, CD player, local satellite tv, radio, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is also provided.

Linen is provided but not beach towels

The bars and restaurants of Coral Bay are 2 minutes drive away and Coral Bay beach is 5 minutes drive. The traditinal villa of Peyia is just a few minutes drive away.
